RETURN POLICY
Every item is hand made, one at a time so all our items are final sale. If you have an issue with your order, please feel free to reach out — we do our best to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
SHIPPING
Regular orders ship within 5-7 business days. Made to order items have a lead time of 2-3 weeks. Once your item is shipped you will receive tracking information.
SUSTAINABILITY
Every product is made by hand in our studio in Los Angeles. All of our yarn is made up of 100% natural materials, straight from the earth. We strictly knit with cottons, wools, and cashmeres. Our yarn is sourced through a strategic vetting process. The supply chain is 100% traceable and clean, conscious of the environment every step of the way.
